Ina Otzko (b. 1972, Norway) is a visual artist working across performance, video and film, photography, sound, sculpture, installation, neon, and text. Her practice moves between intimate experience and larger ecological, social, planetary, and geopolitical structures, addressing questions of time, trust, belonging, belief, vulnerability, memory, power, and coexistence. Radical listening is central to her practice: staying with a place, material, question, or encounter long enough for connections and structures to emerge. Through long-term, research-based, and site-responsive processes, she creates works and spaces that explore relationships between people, landscapes, materials, and technology, and how time shapes both individual perception and collective experiences. She holds an MA in Image & Communication and an MFA in Fine Art from Goldsmiths, University of London, and an MA in Sound Studies from Universität der Künste Berlin.
